Transparency
About 41.5 percent of employers perceive their financial relationship
with their PBM to be transparent.
No material differences surfaced in a comparison of the cost sharing
and reimbursement data submitted by the employers who perceive their
relationship to be transparent with data supplied by the 49.4 percent
who said they do not perceive their relationship to be transparent.
Fewer than 10 percent of employers did not know if their PBM financial
relationship was transparent.
