Call for Speakers 

PBMI's 1st Regional Rx Benefit Forum
April 29-30, 2013

Hyatt Regency Hotel  | Chicago, IL

PBMI is dedicated to providing education and sharing best practices for managing the pharmacy benefit.  We are seeking industry experts.  Do you have an innovative and proven case study?

Please submit presentation ideas with learning objectives, a description of the presentation and a speaker bio.  A separate proposal submission should be completed for each session you are proposing.

Proposals will be accepted until January 25, 2013.  Final presentation selections will be made by PBMI. 

Topics of interest include: 

• Plan management strategies for specialty
• Prescription drug abuse management
• Behavioral health prescription management

All confirmed speakers will receive complimentary registration to the two-day conference. 

*Changes to confirmed speakers may be subject to disqualification.

Proposals must be non-promotional and free of commercial bias.
