Call for Speaker Presentations Form

Submit your presentation ideas with a copy of speaker resume or CV and a conference presentation recently developed by the speaker. Proposals must be submitted no later than August 26, 2005.

Speakers will be notified by October 14, 2005. Presentation submissions will be reviewed by PBMI and its advisory councils. Final presentation selections are made solely by PBMI.
