Conference Registration Includes:
Attendance at educational sessions, attendee booklet, breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks for the conference and two receptions. Attendee badges are desired for all conference sessions and activities.

Cancellations received before January 13, 2014 will receive a refund less a $150 administrative fee. Registration fees paid after January 13, 2014 are nonrefundable.
