Q. How Long is Each Course?
|

A. Each course takes about 40 minutes to complete,
unless noted otherwise in course description. Course
descriptions are listed under the navigation buttons
on the top and bottom of this page or by downloading
the Course Catalog.

Q. What if I Need to Exit a Course Before
It's Completed?
|
|
A. Your progress in a course is automatically
"bookmarked." If you need to interrupt your training
session and continue later, simply click EXIT. The
course remains on My To-Do and you can log in
and re-launch the course at a later date by clicking
on the course name. You will continue the course
from where you left off - or review sections you
have already completed.

|
Q. Do the courses include assessment tools?
|
Most topic pages contain a learning activity to assess how
much you have learned. You must complete the learning
activity to move to the next topic. To begin, simply click the
Learning Activity image.
The final topic within a course is a challenge that you must
take to receive credit for the course.

Q.Will I Get A Certificate of Completion?
|
To print your Certificate of Completion after
successfully completing a course:
- Go to the My History area.
- Click the
button on the right side of the
screen for the desired course. The Certificate
screen displays.
- Click the
button.
but 1024 X 768 or higher will work as well
|

Q: Who Can See My Scores?
|
|
A. Scores are not maintained in the system. Only
you will see your actual scores, and only once
immediately upon finishing each quiz or Challenge.
The term "qualified" is then recorded in the system.
You can visit "My History" to view completed
courses, and you will see the term "qualified" next to
each course you have completed.

Q: What Are Course Interactions?
|
A. Each course contains "interactive" objects that
you must click using your mouse so you can receive
valuable information that may be part of a learning
activity.

display a window of information. Click
anywhere in the window to return to the
topic screen. |
 | Sliders:click the red arrow and slide
your cursor to display the next
sequence of information. |
