Join us: Thursday, February 9, 2012 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm EST (12:30 pm – 1:30 pm CST, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm MST, 10:30 am – 11:30 am PST)
PBMI's 2011 PBM Customer Satisfaction survey included 318 U.S. employers and health plans representing more than 50 million members. Be the first to learn how these plan sponsors rated their PBMs on overall performance, service dimensions, PBM functions and specialty management functions. For the first time, satisfaction by type of plan sponsor has been captured and the results are segmented by larger and smaller PBMs.
You won't want to miss this webinar event. Join us as Brenda Motheral, Executive Director, PBMI, delves into the outcomes of the survey. Implications of the study to be discussed include:
- Opportunities for PBMs to differentiate their offering in the marketplace and drive greater plan sponsor satisfaction and retention
- The strong correlation between transparency and overall client satisfaction
- Enhancements needed in service for Medicare Part D plans
- Growing demand for robust clinical programs from PBMs
