Dana Hoernig Felthouse, MBA
Dana H. Felthouse is president of the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute. For much of her career Dana has focused on the critical role of drug therapy in managed health care. Having worked with the primary stakeholders in the drug benefit arena including PBMs, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies, physicians, and purchasers/employers, she is well versed in all aspects of drug benefit design and administration. She has been the primary author of PBMI’s nationally recognized research studies—Prescription Drug Benefit Cost and Plan Design Survey Report and PBM Customer Satisfaction Report—since 2001.

Her work history includes positions of increasing responsibility at Baylor College of Medicine, ARA Living Centers, The HSM Group, Ltd. and PCS Health Systems. Dana has written articles and spoken on a variety of drug benefit issues at national meetings including the America’s Health Insurance Plans, Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, and the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Programs and the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network.

Maggie Bruce
Maggie Bruce is director of marketing for the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute. She has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications management and consulting for health care, education, business and fundraising organizations.

In the health care arena, she has developed positioning plans and marketing materials to help medical centers, managed care organizations, pharmaceutical companies, health care foundations and industry associations strengthen relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones. She has also been instrumental in launching new services in both health care and education.

A strategic communicator and excellent writer, Maggie has authored numerous research-based educational materials, newsletters, monographs, issue briefs, and industry reports to keep health care industry executives advised of issues, trends, and best practices. Jenny Powers

Jenny Powers is membership coordinator for the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute. Jenny has nearly 20 years of experience in customer service and marketing communications project management, with most of her experience in the health care industry.

As a senior account executive for Innovative Communications, Inc., a marketing communications agency, Jenny managed multiple health care industry accounts, including health care systems, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical firms, and a pharmacy benefit manager. She ascertained client needs, coordinated the team effort needed to fulfill client needs on time and on budget, and managed ongoing client communication.

As a market analyst with The Boulders Resort and Golden Door Spa in Arizona, Jenny 's responsibilities included researching and responding to inquiries from customers and potential customers, coordinating VIP visits and site tours, and ensuring a 5-Diamond level customer experience.
