Customer Satisfaction Survey Completed

PBMI has completed the annual customer satisfaction survey. We received responses from 484 plan sponsor organizations. The results will be available in October. Survey respondents will receive complimentary copies of the survey report. Although it is too late for your response to be included in the survey report, you may complete and submit a survey response in exchange for a copy of the report. Please request a survey by calling PBMI at (480) 730-0814.

Benefit Design Surveying to Begin

PBMI's Annual Prescription Drug Benefit Cost and Plan Design Survey will be distributed in October. If you would like to be included in this year's survey, please contact us and request a survey form.

The 2001 edition of the report, entitled "The Takeda and Lilly Prescription Drug Benefit Cost and Plan Design Survey Report," will be available this fall. Survey participants will receive a complimentary copy of the report. PBMI gratefully acknowledges the financial support of Takeda Pharmaceuticals America, Inc. and Eli Lilly and Company to cover the costs incurred in production of this report.

PBMI's Annual Conference

As a reminder, the 2002 Prescription Drug Utilization Management Conference is scheduled for April 24-26 in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are working with our plan sponsor advisory board to ensure we have a highly educational agenda. Check our web site, www.pbmi.com in late September for a preliminary agenda and early registration details.

PBMI's Web Site is Getting a Face-Lift

Like most companies, PBMI is constantly striving to improve our website. Over the next few months, look for a number of changes in content and appearance. For example, PBMI recently added a shopping cart so web site visitors can order copies of Atlantic Information Services' (AIS) monthly Drug Cost Management Report and AIS' annual HMO PBM Strategies Report. These are two essential documents that discuss the "ins and outs" of the PBM industry. Look for other resources to be added in the near future.
