Reports to be Released
PBMI’s 2004 annual research reports are in production and will be released in the fall. 
• Prescription Drug Benefit Cost and Plan Design Survey Report, sponsored by Takeda, will be available in October.
• PBM Customer Satisfaction Survey Report also will be available in October.

Survey respondents win passes
PBMI awarded free 2004 conference passes to benefits professionals from Morneau Sobeco, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, and MITRE Corp. as a thank-you for completing PBMI’s 2004 PBM Customer Satisfaction Survey and the 2004 Prescription Drug Benefit Cost and Plan Design Survey.
