Jen Mellum is Senior Director of Customer Experience & Insights at Prime Therapeutics. In her current role, Jen is responsible for driving the customer experience strategy and delivering insights-driven experiences that meet both customer and business needs. She implements new business programs, practices, products and services that improve end-to-end customer experience across all channels and foster a customer-centric company culture.

Jen is an experienced health care marketing professional with more than 20 years of expertise in customer research and insights, business strategy, marketing plan development and execution, and using customer feedback to build best in class products and services.

Before joining Prime, Jen held several principal marketing roles at Silicon Valley start-ups in the insurance and well-being industries. She also served as Senior Vice President, Product Marketing for Risk Management Solutions, a provider of financial risk management solutions for insurance and reinsurance companies.

A strategic brand marketer, Mellum has worked in personal health, medical devices, insurance, consumer packaged goods, technology, and consulting for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
