Sharon Glave Frazee, Senior Vice President of Research & Data Innovation
Sharon Glave Frazee, PhD, MPH, is Senior Vice President of Research & Data Innovation for PBMI and an Assistant Adjunct Professor of Clinical Pediatrics and Assistant Adjunct Professor of Internal Medicine with Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to joining PBMI, Sharon was Vice President of Research and Analytics at Express Scripts where she led research strategy and execution for one of the largest PBM’s in the nation. She has also held leadership roles in health and economic outcomes research, survey design, pilot and program design and evaluation, analytics and research consulting, advanced analytics, and the development of predictive models at Walgreens, LabCorp, and Landacorp. She was an instructor at North Carolina State University and provided evaluation research for various state and local government agencies before joining the private sector.
Dr. Frazee earned her doctorate in Sociology from North Carolina State University and an MPH from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health. Her areas of expertise include outcomes research, medical sociology, behavioral economics, statistics, research methods, predictive modeling, and program evaluation. Sharon has authored or coauthored over 50 peer-reviewed publications as well as book chapters and white papers on healthcare, research methods, and human behavior.

Linda DeChant, Sales Director
Linda DeChant is Sales Director for PBMI. She has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and client relations. She has spent the vast majority of her career in the pharmacy benefit management industry where she has long-standing business relationships in every industry segment. Before joining PBMI, Linda was a key member of the marketing team for CVS Caremark where she was responsible for managing the PBM’s presence in regional and national trade shows. She produced and staffed CVS Caremark exhibits, and served as the company’s liaison to industry trade associations. In addition, she organized and produced Caremark client events, including the annual client forums.
Linda joined Caremark in 1990 when the company was in its infancy as PCS. She has experienced the evolution of the industry over nearly two decades and has a keen understanding of the varied stakeholder roles and business needs. Early in her career, Linda spent eight years in marketing and sales for Fairchild Aircraft in San Antonio, Texas. Her responsibilities included sales administration, marketing, managing trade shows, and building relationships with clients and prospects.

Julie Blackman, Marketing Director
Julie Blackman is Marketing Director for PBMI. She is responsible for the implementation of marketing strategies, development of marketing communications, and other marketing activities for the organization.
Prior to joining PBMI, she worked for CVS Caremark and held positions in product marketing, primary market research, and proposal management. She has 15 years experience in pharmacy benefit management. Julie has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University.

Jeff Davis, Senior Director of Data Innovation
Jeff Davis, BA, MBA, is the Senior Director of Data Innovation for PBMI and has over twenty-five years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining PBMI Jeff was the Manager of Research for Walgreens and focused on research and program evaluations in conjunction with actuaries, statisticians, and fellow researchers. In recent years, Jeff’s focus has been on health and pharmacy program evaluations, refining data quality, and modeling big data using medical, pharmacy, wellness, and eligibility components. In previous positions, he has served in leadership roles for Take Care Health, Healthways, and Xantus Healthplan of Tennessee.
Mr. Davis earned his undergraduate degree from David Lipscomb University in European History and his MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Jeff has co-authored seven peer-reviewed publications in the areas of adherence, disease management, and worksite and retail clinics, and he is currently in the process of earning a second Masters in Data Analytics from Colorado State University.
