PBMI will be hosting our 23rd National Conference at the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa hotel in Palm Springs, California March 5-7, 2018. 


Who Should Submit a Proposal? 

We’re seeking industry thought leaders to join our educational faculty to share your experience and expertise with our conference attendees who are want more information about the evolving drug benefit industry. Each year, our conference draws a growing and loyal following of diverse attendees keen to learning about the latest ideas, best practices, and relevant approaches in drug benefit management.

If you are a consultant or a PBM, we highly recommend bringing clients as co-presenters to share their success stories!

How to Submit a Speaker Proposal

Each company may submit up to three proposals. Please complete a form for each submission and email to sfrazee@pbmi.com by September 8, 2017.

Proposals must be non-promotional and free of commercial bias.
Our conferences are all about education for our attendees. If you are interested in showcasing your organization’s solutions, we encourage you to consider exhibiting or becoming a sponsor (contact Linda DeChant at ldechant@pbmi.com for details).

Presentations that are well received are those that showcase best practices, engage the audience, and apply to the “real world” of drug benefit management.

Content widely enjoyed by the audience includes:

  • Emerging trends in the field of drug benefit management
  • Practical strategies for improvement and innovative, non-traditional approaches
  • “How to” best practices and case studies
  • Demonstration of measurable impact and use of effectiveness measures/metrics

Final presentation selections will be made by PBMI, and speakers will be notified in September 2017. In addition, based on content evaluation, some presentations may be selected for continuing education (CE) eligibility for pharmacists.

Please include with your submission a 100-word description suitable for inclusion in conference materials, plus a short bio and headshot photo for each speaker.

Please note: If your proposal is accepted, changes to confirmed speakers may result in disqualification of the session.
